Hello

I'm a therapist based in New York City and a first generation Eastern European Jewish clinician. I have experience in working with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, autism/ADHD, sexual/gender identity, relationship concerns, and insomnia in both adult and adolescent populations.

I have an eclectic approach in which I like to shift my therapy style to fit your needs. I typically use modalities such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. I also offer CBT-I for those looking to treat insomnia.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI)

CBTI is an evidenced based psychotherapy. These sessions are 45-60 minutes long and occur biweekly. In these sessions, we will discuss your sleep goals and work towards improving your sleep through the tracking of a sleep diary and CBTI methods, that include strategies to reduce sleep-related anxiety, and align sleep with your biological clock.
